I strongly believe selling property is much more than putting up a For Sale sign and creating an online listing. It's a time of significant change in the industry at present. With strong marketing techniques and strategies, I utilise modern technology and my design skills to best market my lifestyle listings. Lifestyle property is a specialist area of real estate and requires specific expertise. I landed in this specialty area after years of working in a successful, lifestyle real estate sales team. I’m in my comfort zone in the country. With my farming and equestrian background, the rural/lifestyle sector is a perfect match for me. I have a genuine interest in people and their lives. While completing a Bachelor of Graphic Design, I spent a number of years in the hospitality and retail sectors. I think it was here where I learned to relate to people from different backgrounds. My customer service skills combined with my creativity is what sets me apart. With nine years in the industry and six years' sales in the Franklin and North Waikato areas, my market knowledge is strong and I have a real passion for helping clients take the next step on their property journey. Newly residing in Pukorokoro/Miranda, I am a local Franklin resident,. It’s the perfect place to raise my young family. I enjoy snowboarding in the winter and I also love getting back to basics with camping, fishing and spending days the beach. My goal has always been simple... to complete transactions in an open, positive, stress-free manner resulting in successful sales results and lasting relationships with my clients.

Amazing!!!

No.1 agent

We met Nicola 8 years ago when she was was responsible for the sale of our forever home. Since then she has has been our go to person , for advise ,for listing and selling and also the person responsible for us viewing and buying our latest property even though she wasn't the listing agent.
