Team Ash and Harsh were very effective communicators to both myself and prospective buyers. They with my input decided auction would be the best sales platform to secure the best result. They managed to get 8 parties into an auction room which resulted in a sale. The market was down at the time therefore any sale required a far amount of hard work to secure a sale which Ash and Harsh were more then capable of. Whilst we never achieved the original sales price we had set, a sale in this hard market was still secured.

Hi there So when dealing with this house sale I found it was a tale of 2 halves. Brie was a bit out of her depth and just felt quite new to the scene but lovely (wanted to make an offer and felt blown off), final inspection no power, however was really nice too talk to and work with. Edward was pretty relentless until our house sale was u conditional. Felt sometimes it was too many texts we were trying to provide information as we could. As soon as it went unconditional he dropped off the radar. I felt they balanced each other out but felt brie could have had a bit more support towards the end. I think its probably just a work on with both of them selling the house that brie has to be a bit more pushy and Edward slightly less. Overall the stress is done and we got it all sorted
