Above and Beyond Through a Challenging Simultaneous Sale and Purchase. Lorraine did an outstanding job helping us both purchase a property and sell a property simultaneously, which was a very challenging process. We could not sell one property unless we secured the other, so timing and coordination were critical throughout. To make matters even more stressful, the building inspections on both properties uncovered issues we were completely unaware of. Despite all the obstacles and uncertainty along the way, Lorraine remained calm, professional, and persistent, guiding us through every step of the process. Against all odds, we got there in the end, and we are extremely grateful for Lorraine’s hard work, communication, and determination. We would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.

Selling our family home of 32 years was daunting, our much loved home was open to the views and opinions of many; such is the process!! Rupert, Scoota and the team were extremely professional and knowledgeable of the best way to sell our home, while at the same time acknowledging the impact of the process on our family. The teams communication was extremely good, utilizing different modes for keeping us informed and getting the information they needed to do the job. We really liked that there was a plan and a back up if this didn't come to fruition. The advice we were given was honest and forthright and we knew they were working for us. We were given time frames for every step of the way, these were adhered to. what was said was going to be done was done when expected and to a high standard. When there was some difficulties the experience of the team showed in their experience in terms of supporting us to work through these.
