His market knowledge is extensive and because he holds a lot of listings in the area, he is able to refer people who come to his other listings and are not satisfied, to your listing. We met rishi for a viewing but we didn't like the house. Rishi kept in touch with us for 5 months constantly and showed us many properties based on our preferences and helped us to narrow down a preferred property. We cannot rate Vic highly enough for his amazing support, expertise and communication throughout the whole house selling process. From the initial meeting though to the sale, he has always been available and a constant source of advice and encouragement. After each open home we were able to catch up with him on the spot, not having to wait two or three days for the email report.
