The sale process was long and at times challenging with market conditions not being conducive for a good sale, but she stuck with it and got a result ultimately although not meeting my expectations, I did not wish to holdout in a market that probably would not support my expectations anyway. Only issue was the use of kiwisaver deposit by the buyer which has a special set of rules and caused a degree of consternation. Deb provides a good, personalized service that yields good results.
