The property I was selling was my first home (purchased over 30 years ago). In recent years the property has been tenanted. At the time of putting the property on the market it was not furnished and had developed a few minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed (bumps/scuffs on walls and the like). Verena arranged for staging (temporary furnishings) and the R&M issues to be attended to in a way that the property’s benefits could be appropriately assessed by potential buyers.
