Over the past year, we've been searching for the right apartment in Christchurch. With two children attending boarding school there, it was important for us to find a place that was close to their schools and suited our family's needs, as we're in Christchurch regularly. From the very beginning, Philippa was outstanding. She was always incredibly responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us, often at very short notice. Living out of town meant we couldn't always plan ahead, but that was never an issue for Philippa. She happily rearranged her schedule, even giving up Sunday afternoons with her own family so we could view properties while we were in Christchurch. What really impressed us was her professionalism and honesty throughout the negotiation process. When the vendor came back with a counter-offer, Philippa took the time to explain our options and helped us develop a strategy that ultimately saved us money while still bringing both parties together on a successful outcome. At every stage, we felt she was committed to achieving a fair result for everyone involved while making sure we were well informed and confident in our decisions.
