A very slow auction campaign saw a slow uptake in visitation through open homes which was discouraging. We wanted to extend the campaign, however Gareth recommended that we stay the course despite our hesitation. Disha was very helpful and supportive through our purchasing process. We visited her multiple times over the course of a couple months to see a range of houses, and she was patient and knowledgeable, and if she didn't have the answer, she would come back quickly with a response from the builders. When we narrowed it down to the one we liked the most, Disha was great at communicating and guiding us through the negotiating and finally the purchase process. Steve put together superb marketing plan for selling two townhouses that had been rental properties for many years. He helped arrange a builder and painter to complete a refresh for both properties. This was all done to an excellent standard and relatively quickly. Throughout the process Steve’s communication and advice was always right on point.
