Lee was one several Agents that were engaged to do an assessment of our late Fathers home. Out of the 4 Agents we approached Lee's point of difference was the time He had spend upon first meeting (which was about an hour where others might have spent 10 to 15 minutes and I'm sure one of them was less than 10 minutes) his thorough appraisal which was printed and bound individually for not only myself buy also a copy for each of my other siblings. It was clear Lee worked hard and was passionate about his profession and if he was going to work hard and put in that much effort to get a listing then it was obvious he would work just as hard to get a result consequently we had an offer on the table inside of a week the property being listed. I would recommend Lee to anybody who just wants to get the job done and done right.
