After 6 months of dedicated work from Tim and his team my property finally was sold. Being under a lease from Kianga Ora did add complexity to the sale. There were road blocks put in front of Tim and myself that we had to deal with. With Tim's advice and working with both the purchaser and Kianga Ora we got the sale over the line. Tim had a positive go get it attitude throughout the whole process which kept me engaged. What a journey, well done Tall Poppy.

The service from Tall Poppy has been great. Rob and I initially had Sean as our agent who left halfway through the purchase. At this stage we were a bit worried about the way forward. But Tim picked right up behind Sean and had us right back on top of what was happening, where we were at and what the next steps were. His communication is excellent. He was very vigilant at the final inspection ensuring all was as it should be. Highly recommend

Advice provided at every milestone, even if deal never go through. Late night calls and messages gave me a sense of security. I would advise anyone to take on the buying agent. Especially if you are not familiar with the New Zealand rules. Selling agents don't always disclose everything, hence having Prateek as my buying agent meant I had some on my side.
