Exceptional at everything

Anika was amazing to deal with from the very beginning. We sat down and had a discussion on the best way to move forward and get the house market ready. She had a clear plan from the get go and her communication with us and constant feedback after every open home and weekly reporting was really helpful in understanding the market and what is achievable. We had more offers than expected and the final price we went exceeded our expectations and was within the appraisal price. I was exceptionally happy with the sale and how less stressful Anika made it for me. I cannot recommend Anika enough as she is just outstanding. Thank you Anika.
