We couldn’t recommend Tom and Jane more highly. We have worked with Jane before and remain impressed selling, buying and then selling again. Selling our house November 2026, in what has been a pretty depressed Wellington property market, we were delighted to receive six tender offers and achieve a sale price we were very pleased with. We think that result says a great deal about the energy and commitment Tom and Jane put into the campaign. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout , straightforward, energetic, engaged and with no messing around. They kept us fully informed, were constantly following up prospective purchasers, and we always felt we knew exactly what was happening and where things stood. What particularly impressed us was that they were clearly working hard on our behalf as vendors to achieve the best possible result, while at the same time treating prospective purchasers fairly and respectfully. That balance is important, and they handled it extremely well. Jane in particular was exceptional, incredibly engaged, responsive and energetic throughout the process. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and her commitment to getting the best result for us was obvious from beginning to end. We are delighted with the outcome and would highly recommend Tom and Jane to anyone considering selling their home.
