To begin, I'm not a bot, nor a mate or plant of Brooke's and I'm always extremely cautious with giving reviews, except in this instance. She made what I thought would be a drawn out and frustrating experience into quite the opposite. Her all round skills including her calming attitude and focus were a big plus for me. I was honestly astonished with her performance viz the other institutions I've had to deal with. 100% recommended. She was also very honest both in my and the buyers regard. And to cut to the chase, she achieved our target sale price.
