She goes the extra mile for you.

Right from the start Mandy’s work ethic was apparent. I could tell she put a lot of effort into producing an honest appraisal for me. She then staged my place herself with her on gear at no charge. No other agent that I approached came close to her effort for me. This was my first time selling property and she definitely took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of it all. She is not 9-5. She often worked late making calls etc. I’m grateful.

Stress free process from an agent with great knowledge and passion for her job

Mandi-Jane has good knowledge of the local Waitara market and shows great passion in her work. She staged our empty rental property for us, which greatly enhanced its appeal to any potential buyers. Mandi-Jane communicated promptly after the open homes and followed up with a detailed weekly report. After receiving an offer which was acceptable to us, Mandi-Jane continued to market the property until the contract became unconditional. She showed great professionalism and offered her opinion where she felt it was of benefit to us. We didn't always listen! But are happy with the result. Chris and Maureen

AMAZING from START to FINISH
