Brooke really understood what we needed for a home. We prefer an older style home, our budget wasn’t huge, so something that needed a bit of work was in the mix. I work in textiles/art and need a dedicated space for several large machines, easels and other materials. Brooke totally understood the needs and worked with us and the seller to reach a good compromise where both parties are happy!
