Kris and his team were excellent to work with. We started working with them from overseas, and they were so helpful. Easy and efficient to communicate with, responsive to our questions and inquiries. They helped liaise with our tenant in the property and rental agent with courtesy and kindness and built a good relationship with our tenant to help navigate open homes in a tenanted house. We would 100% recommend Kris and his team to local, national or international clients for buying and selling properties in New Plymouth. They are professional, easy to work with, excellent communicators and incredibly helpful. You can’t go wrong with Kris Rasmussen!!
