We reached out to Sotheby’s in Auckland over Kings Birthday weekend regarding purchasing a property. We had no expectation they would reply until Monday but they came back to us immediately! They asked who was selling our property and put us in touch with Sotheby’s Wellington. Steve, Georgia and Lesley came back to us immediately as well and booked a meet a greet in for a couple of days later. We were really impressed with their warm and friendly approach, the campaign they suggested and the materials they produced. They made it easy to choose them to sell our home… and I still haven’t heard from the other agents I reached out to!! The team wrapped around us and gave us amazing and helpful advice and helped us prep to put our best foot forward with presenting the house for the open homes. They also produced fantastic photos, a video and a virtual walkthrough for the website listings. Not only did this make the listing pop, it also gives us a high quality way to remember a home we have absolutely loved - looking its very best! We had a tall ask of the team to sell our house in a short timeframe to help us make a move North and they delivered for us. We can’t recommend the team highly enough and clearly there’s a culture of professionalism and great communication that is present in Sotheby’s nationwide as we’ve also had a great experience dealing with Sotheby’s Auckland too. The apartment market was very difficult over the period that my unit was for sale and as consequence my apartment took a long time to sell. During this period Paul communicated on a weekly basis to me and keep me abreast of the results of the 'open homes' and the feedback from the viewers. Paul remained positive about a result and his enthusiasm help me through the whole process. If I was selling another property I would have no hesitation of listing it with Paul.
