Typical of many agents when seeking your business, the initial valuation provided was higher than what was later considered achievable, although still better than other competing agents. Once engaged, the conversation shifted towards explaining why the original estimate may not be attainable. That said, communication was always prompt, and he was consistently approachable, helpful, and proactive in coordinating matters through his extensive network of local contacts, which proved invaluable and something I relied on heavily throughout the process.
