Melissa was outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our property. She was always on the ball, communicated exceptionally well, followed up consistently and genuinely went the extra mile from start to finish. What stood out most to us was that Melissa fought hard to achieve the best possible result for us rather than simply trying to get a quick sale and move onto the next deal. Many agents talk about getting the best price, but Melissa genuinely backed herself and pushed hard in negotiations even when the additional commission to her personally would have been relatively minor compared to the uplift in sale price for us. She also went above and beyond in areas she simply didn’t need to, helping organise cleaners and assisting with various small details throughout the process, which was a really nice touch and made things far less stressful for us. Professional, proactive, honest and extremely hard working. We would absolutely recommend Melissa to anyone looking to sell their property.

We met Anna a few years ago when we were looking for our first home. Anna was the only agent that was proactive and went out of her way to try and show us many different houses. We knew then that if we ever used an agent to sell our home, it would be Anna. She works so hard for her vendors! Fast forward about 5 years and we made an offer on a house Anna is selling. Naturally, we asked her to sell our one at the same time. From the start, we knew we made the right decision. Anna was proactive as always, extremely knowledgeable about the market. She gives excellent advice and guidance throughout the entire process and is always responsive. I am not sure when she sleeps but Anna deserves every dollar of commission she makes.
