A difficult experience made easy.

Deni was great he advised me on options and worked incredibly hard to gain a successful purchaser. Deni also added a personal touch with plants etc. He even cleared the bush around the entrance way. In my experience Deni went above and beyond what I would have expected from a Real Estate Agent, explaining things in terms I could understand and also volunteered to assist with helping me find my next home. I would unconditionally recommend Deni and have connected him to people I know are considering selling, I do so with complete confidence. M James

Met all our requirements

Deni sold our Queenstown rental property. I selected Deni as he sold the neighbour’s property at the price our neighbours wanted. He popped by to say hi after a major renovation and explained he used to play in my house as a child as it used to be his grandmothers house! We found the whole process with Deni to be excellent. He’s very straight up sales agent and we never felt like he was trying for the quick sale. We found Deni had excellent communication skills and a very solid work ethic and desire to meet our price expectations. He came through with our required target price. Deni’s a very grounded guy and worked well with us even after sale to ensure an easy transition prior to settlement. I would not hesitate in recommending Deni as your sales agent. Very happy

Excellent experience, very professional

Deni and the team were awesome from the first open home we came too, until the day of settlement. Communication was on point, clear and precise, straight to the point with no over the top sales jargon. We both really felt it had a personal touch and anything that we asked had a answer and if Deni and the team didn’t know, they would get back to us asap, even during pickup / drop off of the kids at school. Multi tasking at its finest. You really made this a memorable experience. We had an issue on the day of settlement and Deni went above and beyond and rectified the issue, none of this “who are you again” carry on.
