I recently purchased an apartment and had a fantastic experience dealing with Evan Davies. From the very beginning, he was incredibly easy to communicate with and kept me regularly updated throughout the entire process. When my finance wasn’t going the way I had hoped, he introduced me to an incredible mortgage broker. Thanks to that connection, I was able to get everything sorted and make the purchase happen. Even after the sale, when a small issue came up with a lock, he continued to help me resolve it - despite it being outside of his actual scope of responsibility. That really showed me the kind of person he is. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted and that I was happy. He was professional, approachable, supportive and incredibly helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would absolutely recommend Evan to anyone looking to buy or sell. He is amazing!

Evan discussed and tried different ways of selling and advertising my unit which I really appreciated. I wish we hadn't gone to Auction as 2 weeks is not enough time to get any buyers for this, however the open homes were successful as the right person did purchase my home and I was pleased this did not go to developers like so many old places do these days. Evan kept me updated and also recommended a lawyer to me as I did not have one. I am happy with the price I got and I would be happy to recommend Evan to anyone I know who wants to sell their place.
