Having known Sam through out her Real Estate career, I had no hesitation in appointing her as our agent in this house sale. She more than lived up to our expectations with her very professional approach and communications. Sam and Andy were a pleasure to work with and they worked very well together to get this sale to a very successful conclusion. They made the whole sale process easy for us and were very proffessional and knowledgable throughout. We were more than happy with the end result/sale and will be using them again in the future. She was always approachable and more than happy to explain anything I was unsure about, and she was very accommodating when it came to arranging viewings and building reports etc. Her professionalism and friendly manner made what could have been be a stressful experience feel much smoother, especially as I was a nervous first home buyer. She truly went above and beyond, always making herself available to answer any queries I had at any time of the day or night. I really appreciated how supportive and efficient she was throughout the process, and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.
