We recently sold our home with Antonia and had a really positive experience. Antonia gave us on point advice to get the property ready for the market and how to present it in its best possible light. She even lent us some of her furniture to stage it! She was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting us the best possible outcome. Antonia was always available and very easy to reach, there was no question too big or small. We always felt informed, supported, and confident in every decision. Antonia diligently followed every lead with buyers and I had full confidence in her as we moved through the process. Her attention to detail and understanding of the market were both strong, which ultimately led to a great sale price. She created a very sound sales programme, and the evening photography (in particular) was brilliant. She also helped us to negotiate the 'flood prone' nature of the site and its low CV to obtain a realistic sales figure, keeping both me and my partner fully informed throughout the sales programme and subsequent negotaitions with the successful purchaser. All in all, Rosa was fantastic.

Calm, strategic communicator who delivers results in tough markets

Jo took on my property after it had already failed to sell twice and still managed to get it sold in a pretty tight timeframe. I was really happy with how she marketed it. The market wasn’t great at the time either which made things more stressful. I was quite anxious about the whole process but she kept me calm and handled the buyers really well. She ended up getting a price above what we were asking which I didn’t expect. I’d have no hesitation recommending her to anyone. She’s honestly been a bit of a shining star throughout the whole thing.
