Nicky was excellent at communicating with us. From when we first decided to put an offer on she helped us through each step of the process. She kept reaching out to us to make sure things were going smoothly for us and even gave us a few solicitors to try which we were extremely grateful for. As someone who was learning a lot about the buying process it was nice to have support and patience from Nicky. Overall our experience with Nicky was great.

Rachel and Vanessa were terrific to work with. From the start we never felt like we were being pressured into anything - decisions were always made on our timeline. Their knowledge of our suburb, and the market broadly, were great assets. With a limited budget to get the house ready for sale, they were able to help us determine where best to spend it to make the most of what we had. During the open home process we were given regular updates on how many people were coming through and what the interest levels were. When it came time to reasses asking price, it always felt like we were being given good advice that empowered us to make good decisions. As first time home sellers, it was new territory for us to be on this side of the table. Having them working with us made it seem much less daunting and felt like we were in good hands. If we ever find ourselves selling again in the future, I wouldnt hesitate at all to call Rachel and Vanessa.
