Andrew and Sam ran an excellent campaign for us. While the property had excellent attributes it was of plaster construction ( even though not leaky) so it was a challenging sale. They ran open homes beyond the initial program as there was good interest and worked the prospects well - and in this difficult Auckland market closed a deal within two months. They didn’t ever pressure us and were considered in their advice.

Being plaster it wasn’t an easy sale but they persevered and the outcome was a good one in hindsight.
