Initially when we visited the house we ended up purchasing, we thought it was well out of reach. However, we kept in contact with Anna over the following months and ended up in our dream home. In a respectful way they advised on what needed to be done, decluttered, repaired, etc.

Steve put together superb marketing plan for selling two townhouses that had been rental properties for many years. He helped arrange a builder and painter to complete a refresh for both properties. This was all done to an excellent standard and relatively quickly. Throughout the process Steve’s communication and advice was always right on point.
