We recently engaged with The Cleave's to sell our family home, and can absolutely attest to the highest level of professionalism and outcome for the successful sale of our property. Jayne Kiely and Amy Robertson are a brilliant team and were extremely helpful explaining the whole selling process clearly. Their marketing was perfect, the photos taken were brilliant and their video was awesome. There was a lot of laughter while making the video that showed our property in the best way possible. We highly recommend them to others as they are most diligent agents we have ever met. They arrived early for open days to ensure everything looked best. They stayed a long time after open days to speak to perspective buyers. Their communication and processes are marvelous. They are eager to help and organized eight building reports and individual viewing times that suited perspective buyers. We trusted their judgement and were thrilled with the selling price as this exceeded our expectations. Our property sold within three weeks at auction. Malcolm and I felt extremely well supported through the whole selling process and would definitely ask them to sell our next home. They are so friendly we will miss their happy smiling faces. The support and advice on to how to prepare our late mother's home for sale; excellent communication via. meetings in person, phonecalls, texts, WhatsApp group messages and emails; following each Open Home a recorded video message detailing who had attended, etc, detailed weekly reports, etc., etc! In a respectful way they advised on what needed to be done, decluttered, repaired, etc.

Steve put together superb marketing plan for selling two townhouses that had been rental properties for many years. He helped arrange a builder and painter to complete a refresh for both properties. This was all done to an excellent standard and relatively quickly. Throughout the process Steve’s communication and advice was always right on point. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and the result was two properties sold at auction.
