Sheree has a high-powered energy which is unmatched to any of the other agents I’ve worked with in Invercargill. She’s made the process as a buyer so simple, especially given that I was from out of town and unable to view the property. The communication involved with the purchase was fantastic - I was kept up to date with everything going on, when we went to multi-offer, the conditional and unconditional process. Now it’s just a waiting game until we go unconditional, and I’m glad to have Sheree and Shelley beside me through this process. Not that I’m going to be selling or buying a home again anytime soon, when the time does come, Sheree will be the first person I call to get the job done!
Max was fantastic to work with, and truly went the extra mile to help us get our property ready for sale. Between Max and the Ray White rentals team, they had great local connections so we knew the work to prep the house was being completed by capable and trusted tradies. Max was always happy to pop in and take a look, to keep us updated on progress, which was so important for us as out of town vendors. He was professional and kept us well informed throughout the campaign, securing multiple offers. He has good market knowledgeable and could talk to comparative sales. We found him to be honest and communicative, just very easy to work with and would definitely recommend to others. Thanks Max!
