He had excellent market knowledge of property’s selling around the area and the price range we were looking to achieve and the problems associated. The marketing plan presented to us was very professional and excellent. Although the plan did not need to be fully utilised because of the quick sale, it did bring past viewer’s revisiting. To have a billboard out on the street frontage with photos certainly made people aware the house was for sale. We negotiated the final contract with some small adjustments and overall happy with the final outcome. We should have in hindsight asked Craig to sell the house three months earlier! The house we purchased at that time was sold to us by Craig. We may have got a better price!
