Dene’s the BEST …

Negotiation , promptness , communication was excellant with Dene . An accepted offer already been approved so Dene had to hussle with a new cash offer late in the afternoon of a Friday . He did . With minutes before 5pm , he had signatures from 3 differant parties and the deal was done . Can’t recommend Dene enough , you won’t be sorry . Good luck for the future .

Fabulous Experience

Dene was marvellous to deal with and always received regular and positive updates - even if there were no shows at Open Homes Dene always turned it into a positive. Never once did he discuss dropping the price like I have experienced with other agents. With the house being in a Family Trust there was a lot more running around for signing of documents and Dene was only too happy to sort this. I would certainly recommend Dene to sell your home if you want an enjoyable experience. Thanks Deno for a great result!

Dene is incredibly approachable and handled every detail with ease

We first met Dene when looking at a property to buy and found him a very easy person to deal with, a real breath of fresh air in the real estate world, Dene was not pushy and gave us our space to make our own decisions. So while we did not purchase this particular home he showed us, when it did come to the time to sell our own house, we approached Dene to do this for us as we felt if we found Dene exceptionally easy to deal with then others would too. Dene never pressured us into any decisions, instead focused on our needs and ensured that we were comfortable with any decisions we made. He was always available for questions and advice and a real pleasure to work with throughout the sale and made the entire transaction feel effortless. I would highly recommend Dene to anyone whether you are buying or selling a property.
