Read moreJohn and Eliza did a great job on our recent sale in a changing market. John's initial market appraisal was based on the dollar per metre paid for similar properties. It struck us as more grounded than the other pitches. That realism secured the job. He and Eliza were successful in getting a lot of groups through the house in the first days on the market. The wee video they put together was slick and the photos showed off the house well. We had to adjust some of the adverising test to ensure we were not over claiming, but they were only minor issue given the pace at which the marterial was compiled. John worked hard getting people through at the open homes and private viewings. We understand John worked the open homes alone and was perhaps a little streached at time so connect with the groups beyond securing basic details, but the follow up seems to have been good. Eliza is great at the back-office paperwork and keeping lines of communication open. The combination of the buyer feedback, John's reflections and our own checking on auction closure rates meant that we ended up accepting a pre auction offer with confidence that we were making the right decision.

We started to prepare the properties in Dec 2021 Ben managed to meet us multiple times in the festive season. and we completed the paper on 30 Dec 2021. Ben was helpful during the preparation stage, he pointed out a few points those needs fixing and we took his advice. The photo shooting and advertisement preparation stages are well organized and we are able to decide our involvement - we were picking photos together on the home and we left Ben to pick the photos on the rental one since we have 2 listings going live in the same week (a Tuesday and a Thursday)During the open home process, there were long weekends, stormy weekends and sunny weekends and Ben are able to carry out private viewings during the weekdays too.
