Have just sold through Thomas and Guy. I'll be honest and say that our property wasn't the easiest to sell as it was a cross-lease with a few small issues requiring diplomacy, a good understanding of the market and above all, composure to deal with the ups and downs of the sale. Thomas kept me fully informed throughout the campaign and took on board my opinion. The feedback from viewings was well considered. Selling and buying at the same time isn’t for the faint hearted but Christian and Tanya definitely got us over the line! Without aging us too much 😆. I guess some reviews can be weak , as it could be the agents mother or best friend doing the review. I guess he found me, knew the property I owned from a search and knew the market for it. It just suited me to jump on the opportunity. He never lauded his knowledge over me as often agents do, the experience was great and I wouldn't be surprised if he does well in the future.

Jake has been the most amazing and supportive agent I have ever worked with. He is kind, compassionate and truly works for his clients.
