Can't recommend James enough. As a first home buyer I had a lot to learn, and James was patient with me the whole way through never made me feel silly for asking questions, just properly talked me through everything. Have just sold through Thomas and Guy. I'll be honest and say that our property wasn't the easiest to sell as it was a cross-lease with a few small issues requiring diplomacy, a good understanding of the market and above all, composure to deal with the ups and downs of the sale.
