Leeann was always positive and truly understanding of our desires and motivations. She listened, made suggestions and was led by us through all of the steps of our selling journey. He was friendly, approachable, always available when we needed him, and he did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He handled all communication with the selling agents, provided valuable information we wouldn't have been able to access ourselves, explained what to expect throughout the buying process, and confidently bid on our behalf at auction. Before working with Pierre, we honestly weren't sure why anyone would use a buyer's agent. Now, we wouldn't buy another house without one. We can't recommend Pierre highly enough.
