At open homes, Neil was most helpful and if I had any tricky questions, quickly communicated with the vendor to obtain the answers. Appointments to view the property outside of the open home time schedule were easily and readily accommodated too. Neil worked swiftly when a title problem was discovered and consistently kept in good contact with all parties involved regarding the evolving developments/problem solving to ensure the smoothest of transitions possible. Neil is very personable, and seemed to have gained an insight as to my personality and things that were of significance to me which meant it was easy to conduct business with him. I was purchasing outside of the region I was familiar with and Neil helped to make this less stressful than it otherwise may have been. I have no hesitations in recommending Neil to other purchasers who I'm certain would receive the same thorough, professional and friendly service.

Considering this tough market, Bob and Malo did a great job. Together they negotiate well with prospective buyers and seller. The feedback is crucial, and they didn't disappoint. I wasn't unsure on the day that the auction was worthwhile, but nevertheless after the house was passed in the papers for conditional sale were signed.
