Cory was the agent of the vendor, and we bought the house. Cory was very knowledgeable about the rural property and he was very available and helpful. Always answered his phone and answered any questions promptly - e.g. sending us maps of storm water drainage. Sometimes we've been to other open homes and the agents there haven't known a lot about the actual property - and had to refer to a piece of paper when asked basic information.
