Laith made our entire buying journey such a breeze, we were looking to buy in Manurewa for a while and we are so glad we purchased off Laith. He is the best agent in Manurewa that we have ever come across.

In an industry that can often feel like everyone's out to make a quick buck off your back, Laith felt like the opposite. We met him at another open home while looking for a new house of our own, while that property wasn't for us he took the time to learn what we were looking for and recommended many houses over the space of about a year. We eventually bought the perfect house for us that he found and we had missed in our time looking! So signed with him to get our house on the market ASAP! When signing with an agent it was important to us that it was actually them at the open homes(not passing it off to another agent or intern etc.), Laith was present at every open home we had and provided good feedback after each. In total we recieved 18 offers on our house (not all of them what we would take of course, but there was a couple we did!) and were very happy with the service we recieved. 5/5 would use Laith again.

My parent's 100 year old deceased estate bought 50 years ago was a little time capsule. So starting out on the sale process we wanted someone with empathy and understanding for what my parents home was and could be to the right buyer. While other real estate agents all suggested painting ceilings, remodelling kitchens, staging with modern furniture and generally spending a fortune Sarah and Julie were the exceptional exception from the moment we met them. Standing in the front doorway their first words were, "You don't see them like this anymore, don't you change a thing." Geometric brown and orange wallpapers, old style couches with matching upholstery, warped skirting, paint on sash windows that had seen better days, their advice shone through as genuine and authentic. They fully appreciated what they were looking at and told us to leave everything as it is. Do not pretend to be anything other than what you are. Our biggest pre photography task was making sure all the light bulbs went. By the end of their photo and drone shoot the house looked amazing, warts and all. Their communications were regular and informative and their advise invaluable the whole way through. When questioned they had convincing, rational reasons justifying their approach. Their experience, not just in presenting the house but in their ongoing marketing strategy, their communication and their advice on whether to accept an increased offer or push for more was flawless.
