A straight up, and good agent

In an industry that can often feel like everyone's out to make a quick buck off your back, Laith felt like the opposite. We met him at another open home while looking for a new house of our own, while that property wasn't for us he took the time to learn what we were looking for and recommended many houses over the space of about a year. We eventually bought the perfect house for us that he found and we had missed in our time looking! So signed with him to get our house on the market ASAP! When signing with an agent it was important to us that it was actually them at the open homes(not passing it off to another agent or intern etc.), Laith was present at every open home we had and provided good feedback after each. In total we recieved 18 offers on our house (not all of them what we would take of course, but there was a couple we did!) and were very happy with the service we recieved. 5/5 would use Laith again.
