Real estate teams in Beachlands, Auckland

Conor and Bri were so clear with their plan right from the start. They both explained everything very clearly, and made everything so simple for us. I felt in the loop at every stage, and felt so much trust in them both and Dillon every step of the way. Conor checked in with us regularly, helped manage our expectations in the current market, and we 100% appreciated the honesty, so we had absolutely no surprises in a difficult market. 10/10 best real estate team out there

We were very happy with the service we received. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and everything was handled professionally and efficiently by Dillon. We’re really happy with the outcome and would happily recommend Dillon and Brianne to others.

Connor was such a breeze to talk to and helped me understand the process without hesitation! Dillon has been such a great support - Every time I’ve reached out he’s always responded promptly and always has a positive attitude. You guys made it a great and successful experience!!

If you’re looking to sell your property, you won’t find a more professional or efficient team than Anna and Bob. They work together perfectly and made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. What stood out most was their deep understanding of what buyers are actually looking for. They didn’t just list the house; they gave us clear, practical guidance on how to prepare the property to make sure it appealed to the right people. Their advice on presentation was spot on. They are excellent communicators, keeping us in the loop every step of the way so we never felt left in the dark. When it came time to close the deal, their negotiation skills really shone through. They handled the pressure with ease and secured a result that we were extremely happy with. We are so glad we chose Anna and Bob to handle our sale and wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
