Nick and Tina have incredible knowledge of the local real estate market in the New Brighton area. They provided excellent advice from start to finish, including a sound plan to maximize our return after our tenants had left the property in a mess. Although our renovations felt like they took forever, Nick and Tina were incredibly patient, and we truly felt like we had advocates in our corner. Their staging advice, professional photography, and marketing strategy worked wonderfully. Ultimately, we received an excellent offer and sold the house within just a few days. Thank you, Nick and Tina. We appreciate everything you did for us!
When every one else said NO dont do it i went to Dean and he helped me / went out of his way to make things happen and pull it off and get me to the dream house i wanted with many many hurdles along the way he worked all hours of the day for it, made things happen with contacts / Buiilders clients work mates etc nothing was too much to ask for he just did it and got the job done sold and brought within the time i had to do so. Also this is the 2nd Sale in 12 months with dean trusted him with 2 of our homes!! THANK YOU DEAN FOR EVERYTHING!!! (but i wont ever do this again too stressful LOL)

Tina was warm and welcoming at the open home which was very busy. Her communication style was informative and relaxed throughout the negotiation process. In short, Tina was a dream to work with and I would highly recommend her to friends and family who are looking to buy or sell.
Andrew has been amazing to deal with during the purchase of our first home. He has been available and attentive through the whole experience. He has been so easy to get in touch with when needed, and has been happy to cater to (what felt like) our every whim. It has been wonderful having such a friendly face help us in buying our first home.
Our agent Sydnee Wallace was amazing. Sydnee kept us informed every step of the way. Her communication skills were excellent, she was the conduit between ourselves and the buyer at all times and along with her high level of professionalism and compassion she achieved a outstanding result.
