Anna, was great and was prompt with a site visit while I was renovating, visiting at my convenience when I unexpectantly phoned for an appraisal. Anna supplied market update of sales promptly by email and phone, and kept the communication professional. Anna also allowed me time to finish my flat to a nice standard before showing. I'm well pleased.

She was very helpful through the whole process of selecting and buying house. Helped me to sort out all necessary paperwork and made it very easy for me.
