Anna was very helpful every step of the way. She is friendly but not pushy and appeared to know the local market well. She presented an offer a short time after listing. When that offer fell through she had another one soon after which lead to a successful sale 6weeks from listing to settlement.

Anna, was great and was prompt with a site visit while I was renovating, visiting at my convenience when I unexpectantly phoned for an appraisal. Anna supplied market update of sales promptly by email and phone, and kept the communication professional. Anna also allowed me time to finish my flat to a nice standard before showing. I'm well pleased.
