Once again we used Andrew as our buyers agent and there is a reason we keep going back to him he is just one absolutely amazing person for starters and he is so genuine and kind and caring nothing is to much for Andrew he would take us to view houses all times of the day or night no questions asked worked weekend and weekdays for us to find us the right property!! Andrew has made us feel very comfortable and happy with the buying experience he makes it feel like he's more a close family member then your everyday real estate agent!! ALL AGENTS ARE NOT THE SAME!! BUT I can say one thing Andrew swift is one of a kind and I recommend him with my whole heart!! Most beautiful person we have met along this buying journey! Hannah was amazing to deal with. She is very friendly and outgoing which I think is important when selecting an agent. She was very prompt in her communications and kept me up to speed during the whole process and walked me through when I was unfamiliar with how certain things worked. Absolutely recommend!

Shelley is a great listener and very quickly ascertained what I was looking for in my new home. She is warm, friendly and authentic. I felt very supported throughout the entire process and every question or concern was always swiftly answered or solved. She understood and enabled me to view houses with my extended family and made everything easy.

Reasonably good to deal with but as stated, not too much of a relationship as we were buying, not selling.

We met with a few realtors before deciding to go with Shar. She instantly felt like a friend who was going to help us the most. We were not wrong. Every step of the way she was there to help. All questions were answered promptly. Will definitely use her again for future home sales/purchases.

Given a quick turn around needed they went above and beyond to help us get market ready, and I genuinely don’t think we would have got there in time to secure our new home without their dedication. We recently sold our house with Chelsea and although things didn't go as we had hoped this was the result of a building report surprise, and prior to this Chelsea had negotiated a price we were happy with. We enjoyed many discussions with Chelsea during the process and found her to be informative and honest. She also went above and beyond to support us in other ways that I didn't expect and since the house was sold I have come to miss our regular communication! Chelsea never pressured us into taking less than we were happy with, and offered us suggestions and advice but always let us take the lead in making choices about the process which we appreciated. I would happily purchase a house through Chelsea if the opportunity presented itself, and I'm not certain we could have continued with the sales process with another agent as Chelsea's support got us over the line. (Preparing for open homes with two kids under 3 was not easy!)
