From signing the contact, they had people lined up prospective buyers to look through our home immediately. They got the sign up and photos done asap meaning our listing was live by the end of the week. They respected the need to try keep viewings to Open homes due to having 3 young children in tow. They are an effective and kind team. And we got fast results with a multi offer after the second open home and negotiations following that. We were happy with the results in the slower market at the time. And handy having Savanna live local to pop around and sort the different things along the way. Thanks Michelle & Savanna.
