I honestly cannot describe in words what happened to me the day i met Brad i just followed a Blue Harcourts open home sign & i got to meet Brad in the process and the rest is now History!! I truely respected listening to Brad in the way he presented the open home i attended he was amazing to watch in action, he had a great energy & his communication style i had total respect within days of meeting him. But for us he suggested to go to Auction in 6 weeks & see how we went. He has a high energy personality, a bit quirky different to most agents to be fair, he heads off out the gate & gone looking for suitable buyers etc but i look back in the few days post sale & I can definitely say he gets the results because i believed & achieved with his support & guidance through a currently tough market & economy a tough process of selling our much loved property. I don’t know how he gets any sleep, with his career goals, all the properties he is selling etc while juggling his own family commitments & making you feel like you were his only client. All the blood, sweat & tears on my part to achieve the joint goal to sell my house & to hear that Auction Hammer to say Sold on the Day was the best feeling ever. Sue was easy and excellent to deal with. This was especially important as we were based in Australia with the units being in NZ . She communicated with tenants and us as required and organised a sales and purchase contract within the month of listing .
