Matt Scoble

Matt was an excellent agent supporting us throughout the sale process. He gave good advice whilst letting us make our decisions about how we sold our property. Our house did not sell quickly but Matt was always prepare to run open homes for as long as it took to sell. Matt also supported us in the rather unexpected purchase of our new home advising us through the purchase process. Matt was always ready to answer any questions we had with a quick response time.

Matt did a great job keeping us up to date , we didnt wait 5 minutes to get a response out of him and he answered every question happily 10 out of 10 for his work and helping is buy our first house

I found Matt very helpful through the whole process, I was kept in formed through the process and what to expect at each stage. Overall it was a great experience.

Have just purchased a property and my dealings with Matt have been top class. Great comms, always got back to me when needed and he has a lovely personality. If I was selling he would be my first, second and last call.
