We first met Andre when he was our real estate agent back in 2014 when we bought our home. It was our first time buying a property through auction, so there were a lot of things we were unsure about. Andre was very accommodating whenever we had questions or concerns about the property and was always happy to explain things and give us advice on what we needed to prepare, especially leading up to the auction. He also gave us some helpful tips on what to expect and what we needed to do on the day of the auction, which made the whole process much easier for us. I believe our property was one of the first houses Andre sold when he started as an agent, and it has been great to see how much he has achieved since then. Over the years, we know he has helped many buyers and sellers and built a lot of success stories through his dedication and experience. What I also appreciate is that, even after more than 10 years, Andre has continued to keep in touch with us. He regularly keeps us updated on what is happening in the property market, particularly in our area, and he always makes an effort to stay connected. He even remembers to send me a birthday card every year, which is a small thing but shows the kind of personal relationship he builds with his clients. Strong market knowledge clearly shared.

We first spoke with Eugene about selling our house in 2023, Eugene was very straight forward to deal with, communicated clearly and didn't try a hard sell when the timing wasn't right for us. Fast forward to 2026, we were ready to buy. With very few homes that suited us in the area we wanted, Eugene found the perfect house which we were able to purchase off-market. In a declining and difficult market, Eugene then managed to sell our house at auction for above CV. Throughout the sale process ,Eugene provided clear reports and communication on the marketing, and then what we could expect at auction. Eugene was proactive and responsive, so throughout the whole process there wasn't a time when we needed to chase him. We are happy we chose to work with Eugene and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

The Auckland real estate market is a tough one at the moment and Alan personified the saying "When the going gets tough, the tough get going." He went above and beyond, even helping with some touch ups to present the property at its best. When we had offers on the table he continued to line up back offers and it was one of these that we sold to. His efforts ensured we achieved a timely result at a good price.

Communication: from the moment Nikki first knocked on my door,(unsolicited at first!), she displayed a quiet confidence, and, after a week or so(she did not give up on me!), I knew she would be the right agent for me. She listened and answered my every question, respected my point of view, always responding promptly to my phone calls and emails. Market Knowledge: It was clear from the start that Nikki knew the market, and when she suggested marketing in the middle of Winter ( not something I’d ever planned to do!) I knew I could trust her. And, sure enough, the sun shone and the people came! She kept me informed of other sales in the area…very useful. Negotiation Skills: Her negotiation skills became apparent early on in the process, when I wanted to bend the rules a bit before selling even began! I did not see her working with potential buyers, but during and after open homes she would ask me questions in order to satisfy the questions and concerns of her buyers. Professionalism: Always extremely professional…when visiting my home, communicating over the phone and email. I was particularly impressed when, from her home, she FaceTimed her colleague and myself for the weekly report, in spite of her being quite unwell. She did not want to pass on her flu, but I was reassured that she was still there for me.
