An Honest Real Estate Agent!

Rovi stated at our first meeting that he was my Agent. He worked solely for me. Fancy, it turned out to be true! He did all in his power to secure the sale of my property in a timely fashion and for the price settled between us in the beginning. He kept me up to date on prospective buyers. sent me reviews after showings. Helped me find tradesmen to carry out work required to satisfy one prospective buyer who finally did purchase the property. We have an electric gate on the property. Rovi went out of his way to provide access to the tradesmen and the lawn guy. Going over to the house early and opening the gates. The house is in South Auckland and I now live out West, so it saved me a long trip on many occasions. He didn't need to do this but was happy to oblige. I have heard from family and friends, not to take to heart everything your Agent tells you. I have to say that my Agent, Rovi did everything that he said he would do for me, always with a smile on his face. I take great pleasure in having been asked to write this review for a very capable, compassionate and honest business man who happens to be a Realtor.
