End of an era

We knew from the outset that selling our family home wasn’t going to be easy. Following the passing of our parents, the time had come to make the tough decision to sell. After previous experiences with David and the team in equally emotional circumstances, the choice of agent was the easy part. The team approached everything with care, empathy, and transparency. We felt supported and listened to, no question was too small, communication was prompt and timelines were always met, the team is fast and efficient, marketing strategies were on point and really captured the essence of the house and our attachment to it. The result was fantastic, but just as importantly, the experience felt right and we know our parents would have been happy with how everything was handled and that there is a new family about to take over the reins of what has been wonderful family home with so many cherished memories. We couldn’t recommend David and the team more highly to anyone looking for an honest, steady hand in an industry where that’s not always easy to find.

We first met David, Jennifer and Jackson when we were interviewing agents to sell our home. While we ultimately chose to go in a different direction at the time, what stood out was how they handled that decision. No pressure, no ego, just genuine professionalism and a willingness to help. That approach never changed. Throughout the process, they remained communicative, supportive and firmly on our side. In fact, they even went out of their way to assist our eventual purchasers in selling their own home, helping make the entire chain come together. When it came time for us to purchase our next property, we went through a rigorous due diligence process. Every question no matter how detailed was answered quickly, clearly and thoroughly. Nothing was brushed aside, and no stone was left unturned. At every stage, David, Jennifer and Jackson demonstrated a level of professionalism that gave us complete confidence. They were accommodating, proactive, and consistently a step ahead. Looking back, what could have been a complex and stressful journey felt controlled and well-managed and that’s down to the way this team operates. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent communication, advice and professionalism

We were very happy with the experience of selling our home on Wainui Avenue.
