From the first contact we were put at ease. We were selling my mother's property, who is elderly, and Scott was very professional and respectful. We were trying to sell this property from the Manawatu, with my mother still residing in the house which to us was a daunting prospect. Scott allayed any fears we might have had, by the end of the first zoom call. His communication was outstanding. He kept us informed the whole way through , as well as my mother.
