Gave us confidence from the beginning.

We were introduced to Ronald by his colleague, Colleen Strachan. From the beginning Ronald impressed us as knowledgeable, confident and committed to getting a good outcome for us. Given the state of the current market, we were nervous about how the process would go but Ronald gave us confidence throughout the process. He kept us informed and did lots of little things like making sure the house looked immaculate for every open home by turning up at least 30 minutes early to put the fire on, open the doors, etc etc. Ronald kept close to all the potential purchasers, and had a thorough knowledge of them all, leading up to auction which enabled us to feel that there was genuine interest in our home. We are very grateful to him and Richard for the process they ran and the outcome achieved in what is an exceptionally difficult market.
