Alexia provided us with regular feedback on potential buyers. Once we had an offer subject to finance as well as a backup offer, Alexia ensured that our solicitor was kept right up to date on the situation to ensure that the backup offer was confirmed as soon as the offer subject to finance fell through.

Very responsive. Setup a WhatsApp group to keep me and other key people informed. Always returned calls. Both sales had some consent and finance issues prior to settlement which were managed well. Both Sam and Ben had no issues hosting private viewings on request of potential purchasers. Very impressed with effort and results.
